Laser Exhibitor Service is Family. We have all been together for more time than just the existence of any one office.
Each and every owner has worked for L.E.S. before assuming an ownership position. Two of our offices are being managed by a second generation. We come together once a year for our annual business meeting. It is more of a family reunion than a business meeting.

Laser Exhibitor Service (L.E.S.) was founded in 1991 by CEO Les Bunge, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the trade show industry. Les, along with his wife Julia, envisioned a new kind of exhibit installation company—one built on integrity, ownership, and long-term relationships. From day one, L.E.S. was committed to delivering exceptional trade show services across the U.S. and Canada.

Together, Les and Julia Bunge implemented an owner-operator business model with the goal of improving the lives of everyone involved with L.E.S.—employees, vendors, and clients. Julia believed that empowering people would lead to better outcomes for all. As the company grew, key employees who demonstrated hard work and dedication were given the opportunity to own and operate their own L.E.S. markets. This structure created an unmatched level of commitment and accountability across the organization.

Today, L.E.S. has expanded to 17 locations across the United States and Canada. Each location is independently owned by long-standing L.E.S. employees, ensuring high-quality exhibit services and a personal stake in every event. This owner-on-site model ensures unparalleled dedication, reliability, and service.
